FAQ

  • Both, depending on what you need. Most of my work starts from a design that has already been signed off, in Figma or any other handoff format. If you have a logo and brand colours but no web design, I can handle layout, typography and the flow through the site myself. 

    If you need branding, or a designer across the whole thing, I will bring in someone I have worked with before and quote their time separately.

  • Yes, absolutely. I’ll review the codebase and setup, let you know if there’s anything worth addressing, and then we get to work. Most handovers are straightforward, and if the previous developer left things in good shape, even better.

  • Both, depending on the project. Clearly scoped work suits a fixed quote; ongoing or exploratory work suits a day rate. I’ll tell you upfront which I think fits your project, and why.

  • A straightforward design-to-Craft build usually takes 4 – 8 weeks, depending on complexity and how quickly content and assets come in. I’ll give you a realistic timeline before we start, not an optimistic one.

  • Designs if you have them, content (or a content plan), and access to your hosting environment if it is an existing site. I will walk you through all of it, and you do not need to be technical to work with me.
